The primary objective of BL-SH is to preserve client assets in essence, to endeavor to identify and reduce those conditions which might lead to a loss of principal value.
A secondary objective of BL-SH is to do this in a manner designed to achieve an above average return on those assets entrusted to it. Of course, there is no guarantee that any returns generated in the past will be matched or surpassed in the future.
